StoryJoin is operated under the Terms Of Use contained in this document (referred to as "Terms Of Use"). By completing the registration, sign-up form, and/or by the use of this site, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
StoryJoin.com is a free website that allows you to create stories to be completed or shared by other members, because of this we must respect each other when writing or joining a story. When joining a story in progress it will be to try to add a paragraph or more that goes with the story and not to purposely write something that completely takes the story of subject. For this not to happen, you should read a story from start to where it’s left of when joining it.
Members and users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is constructive and respectful of others at all times. You are solely responsible for the content of information you publish or display ("post") on the site or transmit to other Members. You will not post or transmit to other Members or to any Forums, or any other portion of the site any item that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal, or any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity).

Personal attacks on current or past members, vendors, administrators, moderators, or other web sites is strictly prohibited. StoryJoin.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any "items" it deems unacceptable. You will not be involved in transmitting or posting any junk e-mail or copyrighted material(s). Your usage of StoryJoin.com must be in a manner consistent with all applicable International laws and regulations.
Members/Users will not use this community for:
Any practices that affect the normal operations of the community (Site Staff will take whatever steps are necessary to restore service).
Transmitting any libelous, defamatory, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
Personal attacks. This includes but is not limited to, destructive, abusive, defamatory communications in any form, and retaliatory attacks. Destructive commentary/communications made with the intent to disrupt or attack. This applies to any communications within this community, whether in the forums or e-mails.
Advertising or linking to any publications and/or web sites that are age restricted due to content, and/or pornographic in nature. TOP
Posting Unacceptable Writing Themes:
Sexual content and eroticism is acceptable if done tastefully in writing.
No graphic sex scenes or vulgar language.
No sexualizing of children in any way. It will not be tolerated.
No explicit rape scenes, although references to a rape if it fits the story may be accepted.
Anything that promotes hate in the real world will not be accepted.
Fantasy violence is acceptable if it fits the story, but no gratuitous or graphic violence will be published if it serves no purpose in the storyline.
No character attacks, which could be interpreted as defamation of character, slander, and libelous.
Additionally, any post or writings can be removed at the discretion of staff and moderators if it is deemed unsuitable for this community. Members/Users found practicing unacceptable behaviors: Will have story removed and account canceled.
StoryJoin.com may terminate the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. StoryJoin.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of Service. Should Member object to any Terms Of Use of this service or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your sole and exclusive recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the Service and notify StoryJoin.com of your decision, your membership will then be canceled. Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service and Software immediately ceases and StoryJoin.com shall have no obligation thereafter to forward any unread or unsent messages to members or any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold StoryJoin.com, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, harmless from any third party claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made in connection with or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms Of Use, or the infringement by you, or other users of the Service using your membership, of any intellectual property, right of privacy or publicity, or other right of any person or entity.
StoryJoin.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or, messages received or resulting from unauthorized access to Member's transmissions. StoryJoin.com shall not be held responsible for any messages received by Member, regardless of their content.
StoryJoin.com may change the Terms Of Use from time to time. It is your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes or modifications as there will be no individual notices to Members regarding such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment by you of the Terms Of Use and any subsequent modifications made to them and your agreement to abide and be bound by them.
